ShopClues.com — Fraud selling. Consignment untraceable and company is saying product is delivered | |||||
I order a dumbell set from from shopclues on 30th December, 2015 (Oreder ID:[protected] and the product is shipped through safexpress.com (tracking no.[protected]. The shipment was untraceable for a long time and i raised the issue with shopclues. Then they updated the consignment number after a couple of days. One lady customer support called me up a 4-5 days back asking me whether i had received the consignment or not. I clearly told her that the consignment is not delivered to me till date and that i had went to safexpress branch at my city to inquire about the consignment and that the product is still located at the merchants city and it is yet to be shipped. she hang up the phone telling me that she will update me again. But surprisingly the next day i received an sms from shopclues telling me that the consignment was delivered to me. I raised a complain again, two days back, that the consignment is untraceable and yet to be delivered to me back. since them no one has replied any of my emails or given me any update. They are cheating the customers with fake sells Was this information helpful? | |||||
