[Resolved] ShopClues.com — I received broken glass wall clock.they are not replacing | |||
I was ordered for pendulum wall clock in shop clues website.I make payment online through net banking .I received broken Wall clock from shop clues.even i was sign on the paper "I RECEIVED BROKEN WATCH" at the time of receiving .I was uploaded the picture of broken wall clock on shop clues site for replacement, when they demand me for upload the broken watch picture. I was written email them approx 5 to 6 times.i was written details of received product. But still they are not replying. Shop clues not listening the customers. Please take action against shop clues.I want replace the Received item. My order number was 29554897 my request id return order was-- 697597 please take action.. i am suffering.
