No one has come to collect my defective phone its been a month i call customer care daily, daily they raise new complaint and give me new ticket number.i don't know how long will it continue but by reading other complaint I understood that this site is usless fraud and has fraud merchants.. Its better we all go against them and file a case. If though they collect the product refund is not guaranteed.. I request go to other site.. Amazon is superb in that i got my refund back in 3 days..
