Dear Sir/Mam,

I have ordered URO LED Bulbs pack of 4 (3W+5W) Code[protected] on Dated 8-June-2016 11:36 PM.

My ShopClues Order Number is[protected].

Today dated 14-June-2016 I received my order but only 2 PCS of bulbs i received (3W+5W) instead of 4 Bulbs.

Second in these 2 Bulbs the 5W Bulb is not working.

Also on box which i received is printed 4 bulbs but when i open the box the bulbs was only 2 pcs which i mentioned in Couriers delivery copy.

I paid my 149 RS for 4 Bulbs but i have not received proper quantity and proper working condition bulbs.

Request you to kindly provide proper bulbs in same quantity which i was ordered.

Kindly do the needfull.
