Order id :[protected]Lenovo vibe k5 note) Order date : 04 oct 2018 Delivery date : 10 oct 2018 Return request date : 10 oct 2018 According to shopclues it was a new ohone with 1 year warranty, but when i opened the delivered parcel, the packet of phone was too old and there was no any sealing. Inside data cable was not wrapped. All accesorios were misarranged. Phone was unable to power on. Then i plugged the phone in charging but it was not charging and screen remained blank. It was a dead set. I reqested a return request the same day but the didn't respond for 2 days. Then i talked with them and they said me to visit lenovo service center.in service center the phone was found out of warranty. Shopclues has badly cheated me and my issue is still unresolved Was this information helpful? | |

Than return money. They are buying product verious sim, fake name & address. They handleling your courier boy. Your courier boy with us.
