I have requested 2 of your customer care service people twice.. They had given me assurance that the powerbank will be picked up within 2/4 days but there is nobody come to collect it.. Your service is very bad. Im a valued customer & yet my complaint has gone unattended. Please clook into the matter as doon as possible.. I had got 10 days time to return it back.. I got a call regarding the address of mine from the delivery boy saying there is no address written on the parcel..after asking number of times he said there isnt any address mentioned .. can i know, if it is possible, n if so, where did he get my number from?
