I Bought 10400 MI power bank for 553 & For the first time even after a full charge, this was not even able to charge greater than 3% of my MOTO G mobile battery of 2300mAH, even though this is supposed to charge my battery 4 times. And after requesting a return for this product, i get a message saying Return rejected by merchant, I regularly buy products from shopclues & this looks like a big fraud company, selling 2nd grade or used products at new products MRP. And also customer service doesn't lift phone for complaints. Please help me get back my money. Thanks, Suresh
