[Resolved] ShopClues.com — Money Take Under Deal But not delivered Product | |||
Hello, On 21st Sept-2014 I have purchase a product from shopclues.com, order no 20760351 and they sent me invoice on the same day and also mentioned that the product(2 legher belt) would be delivered with in 29th sept to 1st oct-2014.As per there status the product had came in Goria Bluedart office.The did not contact me and update that they did not trace my house.I talked with bluedart on 7th oct and give them near location and details how to come my house if they unable to do that I can collect the product.They confirmed me that the product will delivered within 9th oct-2014 and suddenly i got a mail that the product return to origin. I called shopclues regarding the product return and they told me that the product re-send me again.On 14th oct they mail me that the product could not delivered due to deal close and refund me the amount with in 2 week. Again I told them that I need this product because I paid them with in deal period and they invoiced me also then how can they told that the product can not delivered.I called them on 16th and offered them that the currier charges again I will give them but they do not agree. Please help me I need this product and not money.If I purchase the product and paid full amount including currier charges then why they did not give the product of mine.Now there responsibility that how do they return this product I wll give them the currier charges also.
