[Resolved] ShopClues.com — no full refund amount paid by shopclues | |||||
Purchased item and due to quality issue and product (Saree) shirinked and due to other reason product returned on very next day. I paid total amount of rs.349 (Cash on delivery) for two sarees and i received refund amount only rs.200. My balance amount rs.149 not received. Whenever i raise a trouble ticket only automatic msg being received as refund processed for rs.200 but i paid rs. 349. Shopclues cheating people. Customer care number also always busy and call ending automatically... Please take necessary action and help me to get the balance amount. I have attached the necessary docs like order confirmation, refund processed status and product returned acknowledgement. Here and few important details here.
