ShopClues.com — No warranty on O General AC | |||
I purchased O General 1.5 ton AC vide order no. 43359413. After installation I went online to register warranty with O General directly. I was advised by them that they are not giving warranty for ACs sold online and the same is mentioned on their website. I have raised this issue with merchant and Shopclues and have yet to get a response. This is against their own policy mentioned on their website. Was this information helpful? | |||
