Dear Sir, i had placed an order for qty 8 lux soaps on 4th Dec 2014 vide above mentioned order no and same has been despatched by you on 9th Dec 2014 thru Delhivery Couriers tracking no [protected]. Inspite of contacting you on telephone and in writing repeatedly, there has been absolutely no progress on this subject. I am fed up with your calous attitude and thinking of approching consumer court to redress my grivance.
