Shopclues is a fraud company and I need justice . Order Number: 9656895 Order date: 25 Dec 2013, 04:12 PM Product : Micromax X097 (Black) Mobile Online Merchant : www.shopclues.com Complaint Summery :Got a non-functional defective product on delivery and shopclues is not ready to replace/refund .Asking me to go to Service center to fix it . Shopclues customer care representatives are also lying and giving false commitments for resolution .I am new in Bangalore and with my current work load it is practically impossible to search for service center and fix it .Could you please help me .
