ShopClues.com — Non receipt of the consignment but tracking record says delivered | |||
I have ordered of r a pack of 5 led watches on 7/08/2016 order no. 96617348 and it was confirmed through sms that it will be delivered by 18/08/2016. Today it is already 18/08/2016 and the tracking record says that the said consignment is already delivered at the said address, but i have not received it yet. Tracking no. Is [protected]. Nobody has called me yet to deliver the said consignment. I am a regular customer of shopclues. I have purchased lot many things online, but i had always used the option of cash on delivery and my order were delivered me within 3 days, but this time i have done a sin that i made the payment on line in advance through debit card. As they have received the payment in advance now they have become relaxed and they are sleeping like anything. This is the first time that after 10 days also the consignment has not been delivered, it means that if you are making payment in advance you are doing some kind of sin. I want that today itself my consignment should delivered. I have ordered it for rakshabandhan only. Today it is 18/08/2016 and it is rakshabandhan and i have not received it yet. What is the use if i have placed the order well in advance i. E. 10 days back. How much time it takes from mumbai to pune. They are showing awb [airway bill]. It hardly takes 20 minutes from mumbai to pune. Within 10 days they have been unable to deliver the same. Within these days any tye of consignment would have been delivered in any part of the world.
