Hi, I have ordered for Samsung galaxy S duos mobile worth 8500 Rs. I saw the status updated in the net saying the product is delivered. But I have not received the product. Everytime i call them, they just tell they are waiting for Proof of Delivery from the DTDC vendor. It is more than one month now. They are not processing my request.
