Dear Sir/Madam I am not at all satisfy with shopclues customer service reply as given below (We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. As your order is untraceable on the courier website, we have forwarded your concern to our courier partner and we are following up with them. Once we receive any information from them, we will update you with the same.), As per your confirmation the product has to be reach by today at my delivery address but still i didn't get any proper response from your end. I want you to cancel this order and return back my money into account without further delay. Why you are giving wrong commitment to customer when you couldn't deliver as per the deadline? Please return my money i don't want the product. Next day i got the product from ST courier and it was returned back to seller warehouse on 24th of June but still shopclues customer service team saying that the product is delivered when i am asking for a proof they don't have also not even sending reply also since 4-5 days. This is the site is very worst in servicing. I have to pay my credit card bill by 7th of july but they have not processed my refund.
