ShopClues.com — Not received my refund

I Have buy one product on 16th april and I have delivered it on 21st April but the product was totally different than it displayed on site.for the same I have logged the refund request on 21st April.Till now I did not get my refund, Its almost 1 and half month to be completed for this process and I am frustrated with the service given by shopclues. I am continuously in touch with customer care and I got the same answer each time that I'll get my money in 6-7 days. Even in todays last mail I got the same answer(I have the complete mail trail if needed).
