ShopClues.com — Not returning and refunding defective product | |||||
I have ordered intex mobile. Lions g1 model from shopclues on 1 july i received it on 7 july after checking it i found that the fm is not working nor voice is clear and i immediately done return process but they rejected to replace it as i have been told to go to service centre instead of returning the product they r so irresponsible and so rude. I m fed up with all the mess i want. My refund of rs. 928/ immediately as u keep defective products with u and refused to help Was this information helpful? | |||||
