[Resolved] ShopClues.com — Online shopping website not refunding the amount for product not delivered. | |||
This is to bring to your notice about the recent purchase i made through online shopping portal shopclues.com vide order ID 10775985 on 02-February-2014 and after a week it was told to me that for unknown reason the product will not be delivered and my amount will soon be processed and refunded. I tried tracking my order via bluedart tracking number: [protected] but no tracking info was available on the same. After repeated mails and calls to the customer support department of shopclues.com, i was given a templated response wherein everytime they say that my amount will be refunded back within 5 days and its almost 3 weeks as of today and still there's no response any refund initiation from their end. I'm a frequent online shopper but this time im left with very bitter experience unprofessional approach by a shopping site which is very happy by holding the money of its customers on misleading money back guarantees. If at all if the package was not delivered to me and my question to the authorities is: how long will it take for the package to reach back to its origin incase undelivered via Bluedart. The Answer is 2-3 days hardly. But in my case its been more than 3 weeks. Do we any authority to check the activities on fraudulent websites like these or question them in any way.
