I AM RAJESH .I GAVE AN ORDER BEARING[protected]THOMAS / BEN10/ SMURF TRAIN).I PLACED THE ORDER ON 24TH FEB 2015.I PAID THE COST BY ONLINE ON THAT DAY ITSELF.THEY SAID THE PRODUCT WILL BE DELIVERED IN 10 BUSINESS DAYS.I WAITED, BUT I WAS NOT DELIVERED BY TYHE GIVEN DATE.WHEN I ENQUIRED CUSOTMER CARE.THEY THE STOCK IS NOT AVAILABLE, SO THE AMOUNT WILL REFUNDED TO YOUR ACCOUNT BY 2 WEEKS. BUT TILL DATE THER AMOUNT HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED. IS THIS WAY YOU TREAT A CUSTIMER. REGARDS RAJESH

maine apke company shopcluses se 12.09.2015 ko SBI netbanking se prepaid kar ke GM OCTANE F2 606 bat ka order no. 67800354 kiya tha.apki company ne mera bat delhivery courier co. ko depuit kiya.mera bat raste se kyon wapas ho gaya? main abhi tak jan nahi paya. kuchh din bad shopcluses co. ne mail bheja ki aapko apka paisa refund kiya ja raha hai. jiski ID-6698594 hai.aaj ek mahine ke bad bhi shopcluses co. ne nahi bat bheja nahi mera 5053 RS. refund kiya hai.aap mujhe suggest kare ki mai court jaoon ki kya karoon?

i m Anuhya as i ordered a product in your website of order 79764425 on dec 25 2015 and payment was made online that day itself and was delivered between 8 jan but was unexpectedly got a msg that selller was unavaliable with product and your amount was being refunded. i was given refund id 8549887 and given expected date of refund in your account is 19 jan 2016. so would please accept my request and refund my as soon as possible you can

I returned order ID[protected] due to wrong size through dtdc courieron02/12/2017 & the same was received by Rajiv to the address provided by Mahesh Kendall, but I did not get refund my money. This is very bad way to treat the regular customer like me with a mental & physical harassment. Pl. Arrange to refund my money back.
