I placed a order of samsung battery Order Id[protected] on 28 jan at 9:40 pm. Btt due to some Personel Reasons I requested their customer support to cancell my order..they said while we recievng our product returning wthn 4-5 working days ur payment is refund back to my paying account. They suggesting me to refuse the courier partner.. I Did the same & the order is returned back to their warehouse. Btt aftr tht they dont return my amount to my account.. Their customer support dont proprly response it from last 5-7 dayyys...
