ShopClues.com — Ordered Product is Not Delivered | |||
I have ordered "Leather Belt" from Shopclues.com on 24 march 2015 (prepaid). On 30th march I have got a sms that order has been shipped from Delhivery. But still it didn't delivered to me. I also contact customer support (e-mail & call) but they didn't give exact reply, only making fool. From Shopclues I am getting the message that, "Your order has been shipped by Delhivery Courier Partner on 30 March 2015." But still I didn't get any information from courier side (no sms, no call, also could not track through website). Even I have already contact Delhivery Courier Support and got the answer that, "we are unable to locate any details of your shipment with the information provided. We request you please contact the merchant (ShopClues) in this regard. My Ordered package is traveling from 30 march 2015 to present and still I have no information about that. This is over a month about and there is no response that where is my ordered product. As I already have told if you can't deliver then refund my money, but you didn't. I can't afford to call your customer care daily about 15 to 20 minutes (because it charges a lot).
So about your this behaviour I have to complaint against you. Now I appeal for compensation which I have charged by call and e-mails and also for the time.
