[Resolved] ShopClues.com — oreded item not dispatched after 12 days | |||
i ordered ( order no.[protected] two items (total quantity - 6 nos) on shopclues.com via debit card payment on 09/10/14. after 3-4 days, it shows that This order is shipped via Ecom Express. The tracking number for this shipment is[protected] on 13/10/14. but when i was try to trace my order, it is not traceable, i was complaint to shopclues, then they said we received your complaint (ticket number 1213022) on 17/10/14 and resolve your issue in 24-48 hours. after 48 hours, i was calling again and they said again 48 hours. now i'm calling, they are not pick my phone and i almost 100 rs spend on call for this issue. please resolve my issue pankaj rana +91 [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
