ShopClues.com — Payment made but Item not delivered | |||||
I have ordered a 2 output LNB online at Shopclues.com; The order number is 68180638.dt 14 Sep 2015. There is only a tracking number as [protected] in the My order list but no carrier name, given as "other" or no link to track the shipment. On raising a complaint they have given me the carrier name as : tirupati. On searching in google I found that the "Sree Tirupati Courier Service" is the carrier name and found that the item for this tracking number has been delivered at Delhi Kashmere Gate (06) on 24/09/2015, where as the delivery address is actually Chennai. I again raised a customer request attaching the these details. I have spoken to the Customer Care Supervisor also and she told it will be sorted out, but no reply in email. On 29 Sep 2015, I received a mail saying that the item has been delivered. Again I spoken to customer care, but again they are telling that it would take time to sort out. The customer care are telling the standard response as 24 to 48Hrs and 7 to 10 days time, each time I call them. Since 20th Sep I have been sending emails and calling their customer care but it does not seem to solve the problem and Shopclues cheats customers.
