Dear Sir, I recently had really bad experience shopping with Shopclues. On 14th Aug I purchased a Philips speaker system (order number[protected]. First of all the order was delayed and then eventually after 3 weeks it was delivered and that too a not working faulty product. In the sale I was entitled for 100% cashback. Considering this 100% cashback offer only I ignored some very good offers from Amazon or Flipkart. However I regret my decision till now. Since the product was not working, I asked for a replacement and after about 2 weeks7 I was notified that I will be given a refund. Since I always wanted a speaker and I am fine if I get a new replaced product, I want that 100% cashback amount as well along with refund Money. It is Shopclues who decided to refund the money and not replacing it and It is not that I have decided not to buy the product. I want 100% cashback since I lost some really good offer from other retailers. Also to add, I previously bought two items from shopclues and again that time the product were not even genuine, it was a duplicate fasttrack bag and a watch. Combined order number was 63886270. I returned those product as they were fake. This time the product was genuine but not working. Can you please curb shopclues for doing such kind of business and literally cheating the customers?
