My Order No. : 11392869, Which is till now not delivered, When i m checking track your product it's showing, Product Status on blue dart page it's showing "Linehaul Delayed; Accident/Traffic-Jam Contact Customer Service" .. Look my product is already delayed and if it's broken or any kind o[censored]nexpected thing i found as per blue dart status. So it's better you take followup from blue dart and insure my product reach to me in good Condition without any delays. Was this information helpful? | |||

Dear Sir/madam, I have 3 ordered of "Transparent Bra Straps - (Pack of 2 pairs)" Code: 1677020 and i paid online, but still I have not get it. I told again and again shopclues.com customer care by call and e-mail, but they have not get any solution. My Payment method is Visa debit card/online paid. I have given 3 ordered of same product/item as follow:

I have given 42x 3 = Rs. 126 for three same items, but not get any one.
I have separately paid online of Rs. 42/- for above mentioned three same times, so totally Rs. 126/- has been debited from my debit card, but still i have not receive the product. The status of order is showed that "This order is shipped via Overnite Express. The tracking number for this shipment is [protected]. To track this package goto http://www.overnitenet.com/ and enter the tracking number shown above".
But its so late i not get it. Please, give me a reasonable solution as soon as possible.
