Order id:[protected], bull rider brand bike body cover with mirror pocket perfect fit for bajaj pulsar as 150+ free (Microfiber gloves + tyre led light). When received product and opened the package there was only bike cover. Called cust. Care pic the call and hold it for 20 mins and disconnected the call without any word. Logged a return request for the product, got reply that we have not got any update of delivery from courier partner and you will get the uppdate in 2 working days. On 17 oct i got a email from anjana rathi customer support to send the images of product label and product within 48 hours and when i saw portal status of return was changed to rejected. Is this the way the resolve the customer complaint without viewing the images changed the status to rejected. Who the hell is this anjana rathi will she refund me the missing quantity. Product Id :[protected] shows the price as Rs.449/- in Shop Clues Website with 77% as offer. But while added to Cart, it shows the price as Rs.999/- As i already purchased the product with low price. The product seems to be highly paid.
