ShopClues.com — Received a fake product. Did not got reimbursement of it even after returning the product

I have ordered a nokia phone with order id[protected] from shopclues. The product which i received was not the same as was ordered. Also, the delivered product was of poor quality. I requested for refund for the same to shopclues. They initiated a return for the same. I handed over the product to their agent on 22nd feb as per their instruction. The agent did not gave any receipt for the same. I took a snap of number plate of motorcycle of the agent for record. Later i got the message that return failed due to quality check issue. Now they have closed the return request and refund too.

I want my money back. Also, i want acknowledgement from shopclues that i have handed over the product to them.
