Hi Sir/Madam This is with reference to my order placed with Shopclues on 14th October 2015, vide order no. 71433895. Payment done via Master Card No.[protected] Deepali Pandey, Order Placed by Mohit Pandey, Contact no. [protected] - Email address: [protected]@gmail.com I have placed the order on for online Mobile handset Mi4 as per the following details:- 14th October 2015 - Order Placed 16th October 2015 :Showed Confirmed at 1553 hrs. 17th October 2015:Showed ready to dispatch at 0730 hrs. 4th November 2015: Showed Delayed at 0116 hrs. 5th November 2015: At 1527 hrs received a SMS showing Refund date as per the 01/ 01/70 { Are you guys NUTS?? 2070 for refund date in SMS). { This SMS was received from BH -SHOPCL} When i contacted with Customer care department of Shopclues, couple of time, i have been informed by your customer care executive that i will receive the payment before 15th November 2015 positively. Now its already 16th November 2015 and i am still waiting for the refund in my account. Till date i didn't received any reply from you either on Phone, SMS or email, and it seams to be height o[censored]nprofessionalism from a reputed firm of Shopclues stature. I want the refund right away (within next 24 hours) now, in my account with reversal of the carcheged amount else i have to take other necessary step to get my refund and compensation.
