Hi team, I ordered the product on 14 august 2016, estimated delivery time was 21 august 2016. I tried contacting your support many times, but unfortunately they don't have any update. I tried contacting your courier team, but there customer service is pathetic. They hang up the calls, put the calls on mute. I ordered the laptop as a rakhi gift for my sister, but i have not received any update from your side related to the delivery of the product. I have raised a request to refund my money in my bank account. Since than i have not received any response from you side.
