[Resolved]  ShopClues.com — refund in bank account of refundable products is not done

I have purchased two clothing products but due to late delivery i have cancelled the products immediately. But he money already deducted from icici bank account which is not refunded yet. My order number are[protected] and[protected]. Also it showed cash on delivery while they cutoff the amount from bank. Which is not right. So i want my money to be refunded in bank account.

Updated by Negi413 I have bought the products from ShopClues online app. First they showed failed status than immediately they deducted the money amount from my bank account and showed up cash on delivery status of which I was surprised . I am looking for money back in my bank account.
