ShopClues.com — Refund not processed for the damaged product | |||
My name is Rajasekaran and my mobile no is [protected]. I have placed an order in shopclues.com to order the product "Stylish Helmet (Light weight) multi Color Premium (F12) (QTY:1)" with the order no 57883845 on 22 Jun 2015, 08:17 PM. After a lot of conversation with shopclues.com and aramex courier I received the DAMAGED product on 29-Jun-2015. After that I filed a REFUND since I received the damaged product. They asked me to send the proof for product and packing, I uploaded the images for both of them. Status is still "Information Required-Pending Customer Action". I have asked them why the status is still like that since I provided all the necessary details, I didnt get proper response. Also I have provided my bank information to refund my amount. It seems they are trying to cheating. Please take necessary action and help me to get my amount back. Was this information helpful? | |||
