[Resolved]  ShopClues.com — Refund (Not Received)-Order id 18350587

I have ordered a 1TBharddisk in shopclues. My order id[protected]. My complaint number-1013469. I have paid the amount through credit card. The order has been cancelled in an hour. When i spoke to their customer care guys, they said they would initiate the process in 2-4 days and the amount would be refunded in 15days directly to my account. But still i am not getting a proper response from them. Everytime when i call them they say the same dialogue. Its been 6days already. Still i have not received the payment refund details. If they still delay the refund then i have to demand them to refund with the interest for the delayed period. I guess they are delaying the refunds for many people so that they can get some interest amount out of it. Hope they will respond ASAP. Im regular customer of shopclues and because of this experience i dont think i would prefer shopclues in future.

Hi Shopclues Support,
I believe you would have initiated the refund process already. Please send me the payment details(reference number/transaction number) to my mail. I would really appreciate your quick response on this.

Hello there..Still i am getting the same mail saying that "We apologize for the inconvenience. We would like to inform you that the refund for your order # 18350587 has been initiated 21 Aug 2014. The amount would reflect in your account in <7-9 business days for Debit Card/15 business days or in next billing statement for Credit card/ 4-5 business days for Net-banking>."

Y u guys are sending the same mail for the last 10days and you have just initiated yesterday. Its really annoying. Now noone is answering my calls too. I think u guys are answering by knowing the contact numbers. I expect the refund to my card in another one week. And send me the payment details(transaction reference number) to my mail. Act quicker and refund the amount ASAP.

I have order a pair of sandals on 18th Aug 2014. and received a mail with tracking no. DTDC courier as Z32187144 and order no. is 18773611 but so far I didn't received my consignment. But status is showing it is delivered on 8th Sept'2014.

the order 24474061 dated 24 oct 2014. has not been delivered. and no refund also. called so many times, no respose at all. they we will get back, not even one reply from them. what the hell is going on.
