Dear Sir, I was bought a mobile phone before two month SONY XPERIA Z 16GB BLACK (WATERPROOF & DUSTPROOF) against order no 20676893. but in this mobile have a manufacture defect. So I return back this mobile immediate against order no 475727 . I have many time complaint registered by mail & customer care .But problem not resolve.
