I have received a defected product on 13.03.2017 against Cash On Delivery Rs. 18028/-. Subsequently on 3rd day I have applied for refund request. But as usual you denied. Then I approached HP company and obtained the DNA certificate after service engineer verified.After sending emails and phone calls Shopclues arranged for return pick up on 29.03.2017 and the same has been delivered to your merchant on 03.04.2017 .So far you have not arranged or initiated my refund or replacement though I made continuous follow up with you. I have feel down due this deal from 16.03.2017 and You have not given any Firm reply for my money paid. You are holding my Money Rs. 18028/- but you are not giving any response . When called Shopclues Put hold line 20 mins, 30 mins and disconnect the line . If I talk to seniors they said High Priority but No response or Action. Kindly take proper action at least this movement because Shop clues is against the business ethics

I have received a defected product on 13.03.2017 against Cash On Delivery Rs. 18028/- from Shopclues. Subsequently on 3rd day I have applied for refund request. But they refused and wanted to me go to the Service Center. I argued them that with out using the Laptop how can go directly service center and How I feel for product purchased and go for direct repair? . Then I approached HP company and obtained the DNA certificate after service engineer verified. Based on several calls made they have arranged for return pick up from me on 29.03.2017 and the same has been delivered to the respective merchant on 03.04.2017 .So far they have not taken initiated and reply about my Refund (or) Replacement though I made continuous follow up with you. I have feel down due this deal from 16.03.2017 and they have not given any Firm reply for my money paid. I need my money back Rs.18028 and I do not want any replacement from them because of I waited longer time and fear about further supply product from them..
I have updated my Bank Account Number with details of IFSC code on 16.03.2017 itself. Kindly resolve the issue as I tried many times and Unable to get response from Shopclues. Feel down purchase.
