I ordered an headphone of order numer:64452365. I have raised the return request on the day when i got the head phones because it was not working. They approved my return request and i got a mail stating "Our courier service will pickup the product in 3-4 days".I wait some days and than call customer care. When i call customer care they told me like courier man tried to pickup. But the truth is that know one has come and i didn't even get a call from them that they are coming. So this is there trick to blame the customer that your are not available and sell the duplicate/non working products. I will suggest everybody dont buy anything from Shopclues.com, the worst online shopping site. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have ordered some items but it has been cancelled by you though it is not my problem. My problem is that nearly 1 month is passed but my money amount is not refunded back and I cannot expect this from ShopClues. Kindly respond to me then I can give you necessary details.
