Received a duplicate product.When asked to return the seller closed the return ticket.. When i called the seller they told me that it would be returned within 3-4days But now it's been 3 and a half month.. But not returned yet. When i call them "Om enterprise" the seller now they dont receive my phone the product was named to be"100% genuine apple iphone 5s earphone" but its duplicate.. I want help..
