I have placed a order on shopclues order id[protected]. But the product ia very cheaf quality. So i am file a returen. The after 4 minutes returen was reject and no one resolve this quary. When i am call the custumer care there is no solution. They orivude me many reson which are not acceptable. But according to shopclues easy returen policy.
