I have purchased samsung led 40 ich tv on 13 august 2015, after 2 months tv was not working.i have requested on 2 oct, and they accepted on 8th oct for reverse pickup, they assure me that courier company done pickup in 4-5 days but 10-12 days over, complain again but still nothing done by shop clue. my ticket no- 4410883, my order no[protected]...please do something as possible... my contact no- [protected], [protected]
