I placed a order on 6jan2018 with the offer o[censored]pto 500rs cashback in mobikwik. After placing the order i got 500rs.in mobikwik wallet but in the wallet there are showing that you can use only 10% of your wallet mean only 50 rs. I called on customer care no -[protected], after 15 minutes of conversation a lady cut the phone. I called again & after picking my phn he talking to another guy in her ofc and than she also cut the phone. Seriously disgusting customer care service. Please refund my total amount because they are saying we will not give your mobikwik wallet amount which amount i cant use. Was this information helpful? | |||

All accessories are duplicate and phone is also not good. I want to return and want my money back as soon as possible. I want to get new phone but it is refurbished. I dont want any replacement also. I just want my cashback in my account. And this is not the first time at shopclues i always get these fype of problem
