We got a letter with scratch and win and in card 15 lakhs we send to the help line # they ask to pay first pay 15000 and later 40500 and later 82400 and they send us a [censored] letters to us and they send us message in that the money is double total is 30 lakhs now you need to pay 1, 53, 000rupees then your money will release in your account and they are keep on calling us to pay money so your money will get after we called shopcule customer care means they told they will never send such coupons and they told if they call tell them we got price money the customercompany member told we finally concluded that don't pay any money to them this all [censored] and fraud price money and I saw the same coupon and letter some body got so don't trust this type of price

Hello I received similar post saying that it's 10th anniversary celebration and a scratch card. guess what I have won 8, 40, 000 LOL!!!.

So my question is that, how these people get our contact information.
I have received on address and phone number as per my latest order details. Did the nearest courier vendor who delivered my product or the shopclues themselves.

If it helps to track down these scammers.

I guess post offices has CC TV which can help you to narrow down these kind of stuff.
