ShopClues.com — Send very bad quality products and no one comes to pick the return requested product

I orders some of the clothes from shopclues order id :[protected],[protected],[protected]. The product i received was of very bad quality and i requested the return for the same. No one came to pick the product, i have not received my money back from shopclues.

Shopclues says : we are waiting for more information to resolve your query, as it has been 48 hours. Please share the information requested in our previous email, to help us resolve your query faster. We at shopclues are always keen to resolve our customer’s query in an expeditious manner and provide the best experience possible.

I have already shared the feedback i didn't liked the quality of the product so i want to return it. What else information they want. They dont even try to call the customer to as what is the issue.

Dont ever buy any appreal from flipkart. They are not at all worth it.

Shopclues return my money back.
