ShopClues.com — Shipment not received about from a month | |||
I ordered Sony mobile headset as per Order #30900173 on 21st Dec 2015, but still I didn't receive the shipment. But as per the portal of Shopclues i.e. Track order showing shipment has been delivered. Multiple times I sent mail to ([protected]@shopcluescom.zendesk.com), but they are replying with their system automated reply that "As per their Courier partner, the shipment has been delivered". They are not looking at my complaint mail that I already informed them that my shipment not delivered. If their courier partner is telling that the shipment has been delivered, then please show the delivery receipt. But they are responding with their automated reply system.
