ShopClues.com — Shopclues not refunding my Money | |||
Dear Consumer Consumer Complaint Board Team, Greetings from Sonu Agal / Amar Agal! I have placed order of curtains on www.shopclues.com (Order No.[protected] & paid money through Debit Card on 17.06.2015. On 01.07.2015 - I received mail from Shopclues that curtains delivered to me while in real fact curtains still not delivered therefore I have lodged complaints with their customer support team. On Constantly follow-up with Shopclues, I have received mail on 06.07.2015 (Correspondence attached) from their customer care that curtains lost-in transit by courier partner therefore they will refund within 7-9 days i.e. 16.07.2015 but payment still not refunded by them. I contacted many times with Shopclues Customer Care but they are not giving response now. Shopclues Forfeit my money. I request everybody to not purchase any product on shopclues. They give good offer but after getting money shopclues will not deliver goods. I called shopclues on their No.[protected] yesterday but no response received for refund. Now Shopclues again saying that Curtains delivered while I have not received & Shopclues also said on 06.07.2015 that Curtains misplaced by courier company. I want my Refund.
