sir this prabhu i ordered philips sound bar dsp475u my order no is 21388683 u sent the msg on sept 30 that u have been shiped through gati service reference number[protected] and u assured that it will reach by oct 6th to me so waited till today i not recived my product i have complainted registered u to oct 8th about this to u in shop clues customer care and also i called Gati courier customer care and also lodged complaint there also they said it will be resolved by oct 9th but still it is not resolved my product did not came to me. iam requesting u to solve my problem..and ONE MORE REQUEST PLEASE DO NOT SHIP ANY CUSTOMER PRODUCT THROUGH GATI SERVICE IT IS SPOLING UR COMPANY REPUTATION I[censored] WANT TAKE 100RS MORE FOR COURIER CHARGE DO NOT SHIP IN GATI COURIER IT IS WASTE.NOW IAM SUFFERING PLEASE TAKE MY MATTER SERIOUS IT IS ALREADY 16DAYS ...TILL HOW MANY DAYS I SHOULD WAIT I DONO?
