ShopClues.com — Wrong Memory card delivered | |||||
I have ordered for Samsung Class 6, 32 GB memory card on 3rd of october and I have received Samsung Class 10, 32 GB memory card with order no.69303445 in a folded white paper in the company's cover on 10th of october even which is not working (it is showing that the memory card is blank and has unsupported files and I have done CMD format in Lap top which even is not solved by that). I was upset and I have asked them to replace the product as it is not what I wanted and there is even technical problem with it and they have generated a return ID too 2123928 with ticket no. 4533866. But they have told me to get it checked in service centre later again. Why I have to go to a service centre which is far away for me when there isn't my mistake. I have asked them why have you sent me something I did not ask and up on that for your faulty product asking me to go to service centre. There is no reply from them and even I have stated that if there is no any reply from them I will go to consumer forum regarding this. So, I want the product to get replaced by any means and I want what I have originally opted for... Was this information helpful? | |||||
