Dear sir madam I have ordered Sony power bank cp-f10l 10000mah portable on 24/1/2017 and I received product on 28/1/17 but the product I received is samsang instead of Sony power bank and the product I received is also faulty.I am continuously taking follow up with shopclue customer care but they are not taking any action and from 10/2/2017 customer care are also not attending my calls . Pls do the need full action within 10days otherwise I will rise the complaint to consumer form. Was this information helpful? | |||||
