ShopClues.com — Wrong product delivered and return request declined | |||||
I placed an order for a Microwave Oven Grill - by whirlpool - "Magicook 20L Deluxe". I placed the order with shopclues on 18th of October, 2015. We got the product on 31st Oct and placed a return on the 1st of November. They delivered a "classic" version (only microwave) of the microwave while we paid for a "deluxe" version (Microwave, Oven, Grill). I have raised multiple complaints with shopclues customer service regarding this, and every time I'm asked for a 2-3 day processing period. I was asked to share the images of the product, and even after sharing the images, my return request was declined. I'm harassed by their pathetic service.
