[Resolved] ShopClues — Different product shipped | |||
Sir I order philips extreme vision h4 bulbs from shopclues on 23rd may. My order no is 14083283 I made payment by debit card. After 5 days product was not shipped I got a mail saying the product is not available I agreed to wait. Then after enquiry for my product I called shopclues many times. They always said will reply in 48 hours. Then on 30 may my order was transfer to other merchant but after that also my order was not shipped. They changed my order from 14083283 to 14690452 and the product got shipped on 7th june when I saw details they send me crystal vision bulbs instead of extreme vision. I don't want crystal vision bulb and without any notice they shipped completly diffrent product which I don't want at all. I call them they said extreme vision was not available so they send me crystal vision bulb upon asking them why didnt they ask me first they said nothing. I wasted my time by trusting them I felt cheated. They had told me not to accept the product or else they cant do anything. I request you sir to please look into this matter and help me for refund of my money as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||
