ShopClues — Faulty product not taking back | |||
Dear Sir, I had purchased sansui mobile on 12 aug 2015 order number is 64755831. Unfortunately your mobile has defect with battery and not charging. Your vendor is well known about this defect because when I switch on the mobile. Mobile is already configured with date and time. and some scratches on keypad which can seen only by deeply. These things already shown that the mobile phone has been used by vendor 1 or more time. Vendor well known about the defects When I requested the return the order immediately merchant has refused to take it back. So these things showing the merchant well known about the defects. I had purchased the product on behalf of shopclues. I know only shopclues. I trust only shopclues. So please take it back and refund my Amount. Otherwise i have to leave shopping with shopclues. All products of shopclues are under safe return policy and amount refund. So i request you please take return your product as soon as possible. Pictures of the product has been sent by earlier mail. When i had purchased the product there is not mentioned that if product damage or faulty so only sansui is responsible. Shopclues is not. So please do not harass the customers. You can send any faulty product after that you can reject the request of return. Please stop to making fool of customers.
