Good Afternoon Dear Sir/Madam, I Called by Anil kumar and i created shopclues account in 5th november and ordered an Refurbished Mobile in your site, by opening the product i totally shocked by seeing the product, there is no mobile in box and a 4/4S Charger in box, i ordered Apple iphone 5S Grey with order number[protected]. Could you please take action on this and make me refund or replacement, this not a good service i feel, so could you please follow up on this and clear this issue ... I raised a complaint against this issue in site and customer support number is not working how can i contact this company and how to solve my issue, finally i lost 8, 000 in this product .
Will you take action on this nad solve my issue regarding this ... Dear Shopclues please be refund or place a product

An order id[protected] was was place in 5th Nov 2018. And it delivered on 13th Nov 2018 from shopclues.com after opening the package there is mobile ion the box and an old damaged 4/4s charger is there in box, . And any refund/A new product I received till now . I raised a complaint (Raised a ticket) also on shopclues Customer support on 13th Nov 2018 and Retrun id 6762628 and my ticket id is 7535417
Now present status of this product is showing as “Information Required From Customer”. The courier company “Bluedartt “ was provided by shopclues only.

Neither i have received the new product nor the payment. They are doing nothing to solve the issue.

I have attached all the images of empty/ missing t of the product as a proof in that ticket also.

I want to register a case against shopclues for irresponsibility and unnecessary delay to deliver the new product or payment (In case to fail the deliver nor refund). Either give me my Money back in correct position as refund or release the payment for this product as the product was I buy on rs 7999/-.
